"Camella Homes Commercial - Sikip" (spoof)

I saw this "Sikip" spoof from Thet's website. Looks like a cross between the child in the commercial and IC Mendoza is doing it. Nice spoof of the original.

Another good song and mtv from Itchyworms.

Helping hand

Credit cards can be a blessing and sometimes a curse. But it’s not a good thing to mismanage ones credit card. It can be useful when we forget to bring enough cash when we pay for the grocery. But sometimes every store that we pass by can be quite a temptation. Even a small transaction can lead to more debt. Sometimes we use credit cards to pay for medical emergencies as well.

I was given my own card by my employer and I have used it for some time. There were times that I was not able to make a full payment and just make a partial one. My balance would then be added to next months and additional charges for me. Then monthly interest or surcharge would add up to the amount that I have to pay.

I tried finding a solution in order for me to manage my payment and see to it that I payoff my debt in a short time. I tried looking for the best solution and then I found IVA. It allows me to gain the upper hand in managing my debt and making sure that I don’t lose money. IVA also makes it easier for me to payoff my debts without having to worry about additional charges.

House hunting and Financing

My partner and I are planning to get married before the end of this year. We were also hoping that we could find a nice house to start our family and finally achieve real independence.

We did some canvassing of available house and lots within the metro. The price for a simple house and lot was way too much for our budget. Another option is that we can get help from a lending or finance institution to help us with our purchase. We also though about Mortgage Quote because we simply cannot afford to shell out a big amount of money in such short notice.

I found this site over the internet called earth.co.uk after going thru a list of choices from Google. The site offers information to first time house buyers in need of information regarding mortgage and what comes along with it.

There also additional information for those who would like to customize their mortgage. Now there’s little worry to think about buying a new house and lot. Aside from that, there are news updates regarding mortgage and financing which would be of great help.

One can also get a free Mortgage Quote by just filling up the form in the homepage. Wait for a call an independent financial advisor and get the information that you need regarding your planned purchase. Isn’t it great?!

Feel free to visit earth.co.uk and look forward in buying that dream house in a matter of time.

Wish for a better body?!

My girlfriend and I love dining out every weekend and usually we spend it at some well-known Italian restaurant place near our home. We would usually eat carbonara and the house special pizza. We would always laugh at our bulging tummies after finishing our order and worry later on how we would burn of those excess pounds that we added to our bodies.

One day, my girlfriend told me that she misses her former figure which was sporty type (she used to be a cheerleader during her college days) and she saw this news article about body contouring over at the internet. I did some more research and found that mya.co.uk to have the answer that will help my girlfriend achieve her dream figure.

I told her that mya.co.uk has a good set of doctors who can help her achieve the figure that she wants and also teased her about Breast Augmentation. We were also able to see some more information about the possible procedures (like liposuction or breast augmentation) that will be involved in order for my girlfriend to attain the figure that she wants to have.

Please visit mya.com.uk for more details on how you can achieve the body figure that you want.

The day after thanksgiving…

My best friend Toni and I were having a nice talk in between our office emails a few days before Thanksgiving Day. I was asking her if she can buy me a Harry Potter book since I am having a hard time finishing One Thousand Years of Solitude. Aside from that, I was begging her to find me a nice mp3 player (I was thinking about those new Creative mp3 players) since I am one of those people who use their mobile phone as their own mp3 player (the phone batteries does not help much with their limited charge).

She told me that she’ll take of it without any worry about the dreaded line that usually shows up on black friday 2008. I even wondered if she hired someone to stand-in for her at Electronics Depot and take care of the items that we want. Toni told me that she did everything via the internet and she’s just waiting for a word on when the package will be coming in to her office.

I tried this website called blackfriday.info and found the site interesting. The homepage of the site has a list of stores (and a very nice selection of stores) that we can see if it has the item that me and my best friend are looking for. There’s also a link that leads to discounts to various items which can be a really good deal for anyone looking for that "good buy".
Bargain hunters can also try the great buys by clicking the "deals" link for the great selections as well. I’m still looking for a nice flat screen TV and probably a digicam that would accompany in my travels.

Check out black friday 2008 for great buys and discounts!

Looking for a new bed?

Me and my mom got into a discussion a few days ago regarding when do I plan to buy a new bed for myself. The reason for the discussion is that my old wooden bed (plus the mattress) needs to be replaced and it does not look that good anymore.

I did some searching over Google and found a site called Divan Beds. I was surprised to find a wide array of choices to choose from. The site also allows me to customize the bed that I might use as replacement to my old wooden bed. Lots of pictures are also available from Divan Beds that will help you choose which bed suits your taste.

I typed some of my preferences for my new bed via their bed search tool and I found the perfect replacement. The name by the way is "Kava" and it’s reasonably priced compared to other online shops that I was checking a few days earlier.

For those who will be purchasing bigger bed size and much more; time4sleep has special deals that makes you feel much better in choosing them as your bed provider.
