Weekends at Galera

Let me share some pics from our recent weekend trip. Three days and nights of fun and headaches. Started with our booking being cancelled because of "peak season" and "lots of visitors" excuses from the owner of our favorite place. Good thing I still have a few friends there who helped me find a much better place to stay. Aside form that I came to Galera with not much sleep and I think I only did a 10-minute power nap back at the office. The weather was crazy! Day one was packed with lots dark clouds and some rain showers. Day two was had darker rain clouds floating around and mild-strong winds the whole day. Third day was blessed for the clouds cleared way for the sun for a few hours and then back to cloudy day mode again. Trip back to Batangas Pier was crazy as well. The ferry ride was punctuated by big waves at the middle of the sea. Head count of people throwing was about 5. All "exotics" tagging along with their foreigner boyfriends. I'll be posting another blog entry about rowdy and noisy Indians or middle-east type looking people. If i had my way - i'd kick them out of them ferry boat for being annoying.

Spoiled lil bratty princess @ Starbucks

Last night, me and my partner decided to buy coffee at Starbucks Trinoma (the one near the cinemas). We were surprised to see a long line leading to the cashier. I told my partner to play it cool and not to complain since we were not in a hurry to do anything. We abandoned the idea the idea of watching a movie because the last full show starts at 9:45pm. Aside from that, there wasn't much of a choice and we'll just wait for the next batch of movies to show up next week. So there we were and patiently waiting for our turn to have our order taken cared off. There was an older guy in front me ordering coffee and his bratty princess (the teen aged daughter of old guy in front of me) butted in and mentioned her order. After that, I heard bratty princess complaining loudly that would die from the crowd inside Starbucks and she hates to the mall. I glanced at bratty princess and my partner was starting to get irritated with bratty princess' presence. Bratty princess looked like that typical college freshman and dressed up like a doll with matching gadgets (more like flaunting her family's wealth). Stupid little brat! Why would she go to the mall if she does not like going to. She can stay at home and do her homework. Or better yet shut her mouth because she only adds to the noise inside the place.

weekend Sept 29 and 30

1. Spent 5 hours of sleep last Saturday

2. Went to to St Jude church for the anticipated mass. Me and my girlfriend were able to to watch a wedding during it's final part. We were even thinking about our plans for next year.

3. Off to Trinoma for dinner and late night movie (i now pronounce you as chuck and larry)

4. The movie was nice (lots of gay jokes as usual). I was laughing midway into the movie especially when chuck and larry were fighting over their set up (hello! someone needs you help as well!). Ving Rhames character was even funnier because he was a closet gay and i even got an idea for my Halloween costume. Nyahaha :)

5. Take my girlfriend back home because her mom was like texting us during the whole movie.

6. Slept for another 6 hours and then tried to look for the OST of Chuck and Larry.

Can't wait for the weekend

1. Listen to my new mp3s (Sting and the Police @ Live Earth and Cranberries - Mtv Unplugged).

2. Meet my old friends and have dinner.

3. Clean my room (as always!)

4. Visit the vet to have dogs receive their booster shots.

5. Sleeeeeeeeep!
